Rantau Punya Suara is a TikTok campaign by EzyCash Indonesia celebrating the stories and financial responsibility of Indonesian migrant workers living and working in Saudi Arabia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, and Macau.

The campaign features two activities:

• Surat dari Rantau – Share your personal EzyCash journey.
• Komitmen Tepat Waktu – Weekly appreciation for eligible members with excellent repayment records.

Campaign Period: 3 – 31 August 2026

Surat dari Rantau

Eligible participants must:

• Be an existing verified EzyCash member.
• Be an Indonesian citizen of legal age living and working in one of the eligible countries.
• Share an original story about how EzyCash helped during an important moment in life.

Stories can be submitted by:

• Following the instructions on EzyCash Indonesia’s official TikTok campaign posts, or
• Sending the keyword “CERITA” via TikTok Direct Message.

Recommended submission:

• 80–180 words, or
• 30–60 second voice note

Komitmen Tepat Waktu

No registration is required.

Eligible participants are selected automatically from verified EzyCash members who:

• Have an eligible on-time repayment record.
• Have no disqualifying late payments during the review period.

Public engagement such as likes, comments, or shares does not qualify participants for rewards.

Surat dari Rantau

• Up to 8 stories will be selected throughout the campaign.
• Rp250,000 cash reward for each verified winner.

Stories are evaluated based on:

• Authenticity
• Relevance to migrant worker life
• Positive and responsible use of EzyCash
• Clarity and community value

Selection is not based on:

• Loan amount
• Number of followers
• Likes or views
• Popularity

Komitmen Tepat Waktu

• Up to 16 eligible members will receive appreciation rewards.
• Rp100,000 cash reward per selected participant.

Recipients are selected using verified internal repayment records.

Reward Information

• Total campaign reward pool: Rp3,600,000
• Each participant may receive only one reward during the campaign.
• Rewards are paid after successful verification through an approved Indonesian bank account, e-wallet, or another Finance-approved payment method.
• EzyCash will never request an OTP, PIN, password, or payment to claim a reward.

Participation

• Participation is free and completely voluntary.
• Joining the campaign does not affect financing approval, financing limits, or application processing.
• Existing EzyCash membership is required to be eligible for campaign rewards.

Content Guidelines

Stories must:

• Be truthful and original.
• Be based on your own experience.
• Be respectful and appropriate.

Entries containing false information, plagiarism, offensive content, or misleading claims may be disqualified.

Privacy & Content Usage

Participants retain ownership of their original stories.

With your consent, EzyCash may edit and publish selected stories across its official social media, website, and marketing channels for up to 12 months while preserving the original meaning.

Personal information is collected only when necessary for:

• Participant verification
• Reward processing
• Campaign administration
• Fraud prevention

Never share sensitive information such as your OTP, password, PIN, or banking credentials publicly.

Additional Information

• EzyCash reserves the right to verify all submissions and participant eligibility.
• Campaign timelines may be adjusted if additional verification or review is required.
• The campaign is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
• This campaign is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by TikTok.
