Who Can Apply?

Applicants must:

• Be an Indonesian citizen legally working in Singapore
• Hold a valid Indonesian KTP
• Hold a valid Singapore Work Permit or S Pass
• Provide the latest 3 months of salary proof
• Have an Indonesian Rupiah bank account for the beneficiary
• Pass Ezycash’s verification, credit, and affordability assessment

Approval is subject to Ezycash’s evaluation and is not guaranteed.

Application Process

1. Check your eligibility via the LoveLima WhatsApp channel or campaign page.
2. Complete the application through the official Ezycash Indonesia App or web portal.
3. Upload the required documents.
4. Receive your application outcome after verification.

Once Your Application is Approved

• A processing fee (approximately SGD 5) will be deducted.
• The remaining funds will be transferred in IDR to your designated beneficiary in Indonesia.
• You’ll receive confirmation of:
  • Approved amount
  • Processing fee
  • Net amount transferred
  • Total repayment amount
  • Day 5 repayment deadline

Repayment Terms

• • Repay the full amount by 5:00 PM WIB on Day 5 to enjoy 0% interest.
  • Repayment must be made only to Ezycash Indonesia’s official account via Indonesian banking channels or licensed remittance providers.
  • If payment is not received by the deadline, the financing automatically converts into a 3-month personal loan under the agreed financing terms.

Programme Limitations

• Only one active Ezycash financing facility is allowed at a time.
• Existing outstanding or defaulted customers are not eligible to apply.
• Funds are not disbursed as cash in Singapore.

Security & Privacy

• Ezycash does not use paid agents or guarantee approvals.
• Never share your OTP, password, or banking credentials with anyone.
• Submit documents only through official Ezycash channels.
• Your personal information is collected and processed securely for verification, financing, regulatory compliance, and account servicing purposes.

Default & Collection

If repayment is not completed by the deadline, your account may be transferred to Ezycash’s authorised collection partner, SBHL, for recovery in accordance with applicable regulations.
